The Law Office of Shaheen Wallace, together with Robert Peirce & Associates, jointly filed four complaints against McGuire Memorial in Beaver County today.
The lawsuit alleges that McGuire Memorial employees physically, sexually, and psychologically abused several of its residents who are all severely and mentally disabled. The perpetrators then photographs and videotaped themselves abusing the victims and sent the footage to other McGuire employees.
Two of the four victims died while under McGuire care and the other two families are continuing to suffer from the trauma.
